At Designza, we are committed to Shipping and delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, delivery coverage, charges, and more.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders: Processed within 8-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Customized Orders: May take 8-14 business days for processing due to personalized printing and quality checks.
Note: Order processing time is separate from delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

₹999 and above Free shipping
Below ₹999 Flat ₹60 shipping
Express Shipping (optional) ₹120 or as applicable
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also track your order status in the “My Orders” section of your Designza account.
5. Service Coverage
We currently ship across India to most major cities and towns.
For remote areas, shipping may take slightly longer or be subject to courier partner limitations.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
6. Delays and Undelivered Orders
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
High demand during festive seasons
Natural calamities or public disruptions
Courier service issues

7. Address Errors & Missed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, Designza is not responsible for delivery failures.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
In case of lost shipments confirmed by the courier, we will either resend the order (if in stock) or issue a refund.
9. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, especially including both ready-made and customized products, we may ship them separately. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment if applicable.
